Post-traumatic stress disorder can involve a variety of symptoms following a traumatic event. Anxiety, feeling tense, hypervigilance, impacted mood, trouble sleeping, flashbacks and bad dreams may occur throughout the course of this disorder. Approximately 7% of Americans will have PTSD throughout their lives.

The symptoms of PTSD can be serious, impacting day-to-day function. APG is currently conducting a clinical trial for adults who meet the criteria of PTSD, so please contact us for more information.

Patients who qualify to participate in a study will receive:

  • Assessments by a Board Certified Psychiatrist
  • Investigational medication at no cost
  • Study-related care and monitoring
  • Compensation for time and travel
