Generalized Anxiety Disorder

Generalized Anxiety Disorder is more than “worrying a lot.” It’s persistent, hard-to-control anxiety that can disrupt sleep, focus, mood, and daily routines. Many people with GAD experience racing thoughts, muscle tension, irritability, and constant “what-if” thinking—even when there isn’t a clear trigger. The good news: effective treatments and new options are being studied every day.

APG Research conducts clinical studies to evaluate investigational medications and treatment approaches for anxiety in teens and adults. If you qualify, you can access cutting-edge care at no cost and help advance future treatments for others.

If you qualify, you may receive:

  • Assessments with a Board-Certified Mental Health Providers
  • Investigational study medication at no cost
  • Study-related care and monitoring
  • Compensation for time and travel
