A personality disorder is a pervasive pattern of unhealthy behavior, which typically occurs over a long period of time. Borderline personality disorder (BPD) is prevalent in less than 2% of the population, and is characterized by mood instability, relational discord, unstable sense of self, fear of abandonment, paranoia, self-harm, and suicidality. People with BPD do not necessarily exhibit all of these symptoms.

APG Research is conducting a clinical trial for people who meet criteria for BPD, with the purpose of reducing the symptoms listed above.

Please contact APG Research for more information about our current studies for adults with borderline personality disorder.

Patients who qualify to participate in a study will receive:

  • Assessments by a Board Certified Psychiatrist
  • Investigational medication at no cost
  • Study-related care and monitoring
  • Compensation for time and travel
